Nieuw Vennep the RHPS in the Netherlands is a high pressure regulator manufacturers, twenty years of design and production of unloading valves, back pressure and relief valve products experience, and its products are mainly used in oil and gas, chemicals / petrochemical, alternative fuels, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and other demanding applications. The acquisition does not disclose specific details.
