今年上半年，“中阀科技”向美国证监会提出了进入纳斯达克交易市场（Nasdaq主板）的申请，经过约半年时间的考察，11 月上旬，美国证监会批准“中阀科技”在美国纽约时间 11 月 16 日由 Nasdaq OTCBB 正式转入Nasdaq主板。“中阀科技”由此成为开封市首家在美国纳斯达克交易市场（Nasdaq主板）上市的企业。

据了解，通过此次转板，“中阀科技”拟通过 IPO 募集资金 7000 万美元。企业将在明年上半年争取进军世界火电高端领域和核电市场，为开封工业做出新的更大的贡献。

该耗资 17 亿美元的Ramu镍矿项目被巴布亚新几内亚政府在 2008 年中停止一个月时间，由于健康及安全忧虑。

中冶集团海外业务主席称：“我们最初计划到年底开始部分生产，但目前实际上我们将在明年 6 月开始真正生产。”

他称，该矿可能在首次生产的 12 个月内达到全部产能。

持有该项目 8.56% 股权的澳洲上市公司 Highlands Pacific Ltd 同时表示，此次停工将不会影响建设时间。

该矿生产的镍计划供应给中国的不锈钢厂。
