Abstract: The current technology for valve defects in the insulation, sealing materials and sealing of its structure is improved so that in the high temperature operating conditions to ensure the sealing performance, and greatly increase their service life.

With the continuous development of domestic industry, the use of insulation on the pipeline have increased the demand for ball valve, ball valve on the insulation requirements have become more sophisticated, users choose insulation ball valve, the valve has no special attention to the good sealing properties to prevent media leaks. Since the reliability of imported ball better insulation, so the user of important parts of many imported insulation ball valve, ball valve, but disheartened by the import protection is expensive, long lead time, service is not convenient, seriously affect the operation of the entire pipeline. In order to reduce the pipeline cost, to achieve domestic production of thermal insulation ball valve, domestic manufacturers have been in the quality of domestic insulation ball valve, seal reliability excellence, seeks to replace imported insulation valve. This paper to address the issue of holding ball in the high-temperature analysis and improvement measures.
